In 2016, approximately 1,685,210 new cases of cancer were diagnosed in the United States. Then, of those people, approximately 600,000 people will die from the disease. Also, statistics tell us that men have an almost 50 percent chance of contracting the disease; in some point during their lifetime while women have a 1/3 chance.
But, in the U.S., cancer is a big business. So, while people may scoff at the idea that there could be a suppression of cures and a lack of funding for proven alternative treatments; this truth comes to light more and more as each day passes: and that fact is necessary for people to acknowledge if we ever want to change our stats and save people.
