# 1 – Processed meats

One of the principal cancer causes foods. Most processed meats like ham, bacon, sausage and hot dogs contain chemical preservatives to make them look fresh and appetizing. So, Sodium nitrite significantly increase the risk of colon cancer and other forms of cancer. Then, the results of studies have shown that people who consume this type of food have a 67% increase in the risk of cancer in relation to people who do not.

These oils are use to preserve processed foods and also to stabilize their shelf life. Also, Hydrogenated oils alter the structure and flexibility of cell membranes throughout the body, which allows for increased invasiveness of cancer cells.

# 9- Genetically Modified Organisms

GMOs cause rapid growth of cancerous tumors. They are everywhere, including food derivatives made from conventional corn, soybeans and canola. So, you can mainly avoid them by eating certified organic food or naturally produced without biotechnology.
